Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to recurring Lead Geeks services, including web design,
web development, SEO, Google Ads management, and digital marketing services, where
recurring billing is stated in the applicable proposal, order form, or service agreement. If a
separately signed agreement conflicts with this policy, the signed agreement controls.
Cancellation Notice
To cancel recurring services, the client must submit a written cancellation request to cancellation@leadsgeeks.com. The request must include the client’s business name, authorized contact name, account email address, and the services to be cancelled.
The client must provide written notice at least thirty (30) calendar days before the next scheduled billing date to avoid a final cancellation fee. Cancellation is not effective until Lead Geeks confirms receipt in writing. Pausing services, stopping use of services, disputing a charge, or cancelling a payment method does not constitute cancellation.
Final Cancellation Fee
If Lead Geeks receives the written cancellation request fewer than 30 calendar days before the next scheduled billing date, the client will be charged a final cancellation fee equal to the then-current monthly recurring charge. This fee is due on the next scheduled billing date or upon invoice if there is no further scheduled billing date.

Result
Services end at the conclusion of the current paid billing period, with no final cancellation fee.
A final cancellation fee equal to one monthly recurring charge will be billed.
The client remains responsible for all outstanding charges for services already performed, approved third-party costs, and any other amounts due under the applicable agreement. Except where required by law or agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable and unused service time is not prorated.
